Zero entered the area after a day of training in the forest. Now, he was exhausted and needed to relax. Slipping Caliburn off of his back, he laid the sheathed weapon on the ground and got into the hotspring. "Wow, this is the life," he said before lowering himself down enough so that only his nose and up was above the water.

"Hmm?" said Zero as he looked up almost bored at whoever had addressed him. "I'm here because I wish it," he said in reply. "And I didn't know I had to be worthy to be your pressence. Who are you anyway?"

"Oh yeah, I've heard of you," said Zero in an only mildly interested tone. "I never thought I'd meet a celebrity here."

"What would you rather me call you?" asked Zero as he looked quizzically at Shadow's expression. "Loser, nobody, Loner... Your choice."

Seeing Shadow store up energy in his hand, Zero jumped out of the hotsprings, grabbing his sword sheath as he did. Landing on his feet, he slipped the sheath onto his back, but as he gripped the sword hilt in it, the weapon disappeared. As he pulled his hand upward and outward though, the distinct sound of metal on metal could be heard.
"Only certain people may see this blade and live," he said as he dropped into a battle stance. "You aren't one of them." He then smirked a little bit. "This wouldn't be the first time you've underestimated your opponent, is it."

*all the chaos emeralds appear around me n i transform into my super form* do u know wut happens when i release these rings on my wrists

(Wait, if you've got all the chaos emeralds, how can other people collect them?)
"No, but I'd be interested in finding out," replied Zero. This was the first time he'd seen someone's super form before. He was interested in finding out what it was like. "I do know, however, that you can't stay in that state for very long, and taking off those rings would probably make the time even shorter."

Chaos Control *time stops around Zero*
incase u didnt realize this but i can stay in my super form in the same time when i release my rings

(I did, it just doesn't make sense. Are there supposedly more than 7 emeralds? Also, I didn't think chaos control could stop time only in a certain area. Time is absolute and can only be altered as a whole. The whole point of the technique is that you aren't affected by it so you can move freely through the slowed down space while my movements are slowed dramatically. This gives the impression, from my perspective, that you warp almost instantly from one spot to another although you're really only moving at your normal speed in slowed down time)

(Anyway, now that my long and boring lecture is over, I'll actually make my post)

Zero was caught off guard by the chaos control and, from his perspective, Shadow's movements became almost instantaneous. He had heard of this technique before though and knew what its affects were. He wouldn't be able to fight Shadow while in chaos control, but he'd have to find a way to deal with it. He wouldn't be able to maintain the technique forever. "Interesting," he said. "But it doesn't change the fact that you can't stay in that super form forever."

*hits Zero with a Blast*
Chaos Blast

(I'm assuming you're still using chaos control.)
There was nothing Zero could do to dodge the blast that Shadow threw at him, but he was just able to try to block it. Holding Caliburn horizontally in front of him, the sword blocked the blast for a second before the shockwave blasted Zero off his feet and backward against a tree trunk. "Ouch," he said to himself as he got up. "That wasn't cool." Drawing back the sword, the blade began to glow blue and as he swung it forward, a horizontal slash wave shot forward at Shadow.

As Zero got to his, he felt some of the damage that the Chaos Blast had done. Although he had tried, he had obviously failed to block it. He honestly hadn't expected Caliburn to block the blast, but he had tried anyway. As he moved to put away the sword though, nothing happened but his hand losing its grip and the sword falling to the ground. Cursing under his breath, Zero realized that his right shoulder had been dislocated from hitting the tree wrong. Picking Caliburn up with his left hand, he managed to slide it back into its sheath before leaving the area.
